In accordance with Board Resolution No.09/NQ2019-HDQT dated October 21, 2019, the Board of Directors of Saigon Real – Estate Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

-       Approving to use the assets such as the land use right and the future construction works on the land No.24, 44, 45, 46, Map No.37 in Hiep Binh Chanh ward, Thu Duc district, Ho Chi Minh city; and the entire stake at Le Gia Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company; to ensure all financial obligations of Le Gia Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company at HDBank.

-       Approving to guarantee all financial obligations including the maximum principal balance of VND170 billion and interests, fees and other payables decided by the legal representative of Le Gia Real Estate Investment Joint Stock Company at HDBank.
