VPH: Van Phat Hung Corp transfers stake at An Hung

The Board of Directors of Van Phat Hung Corporation on October 16 approved the plan for transferring its stake at An Hung Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company (*) (of which Van Phat Hung Corporation owns 99% stake at An Hung Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company) to the partner Lotte Land Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, on October 16, 2019, Van Phat Hung Corporation signed a share sale and purchase agreement with Lotte Land Co., Ltd. Accordingly, Van Phat Hung Corporation will transfer 55% stake at An Hung Investment Trading Service Joint Stock Company to Lotte Land Co., Ltd.
