The Board resolution dated October 17, 2019, Binh Duong Water Environment Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:
1. The Board of Directors approved the business result in 9 first months of 2019:
- Total revenue: 1,935.7 billion dongs, reached 78% plan; increased by 14% year over year;
- Total expenses: 1,587.5 billion dongs, reached 76% plan, increased by 9% year over year;
- Profit before tax: 348.2 billion dongs; reached 90% plan; increased by 43% year over year;
- Profit after tax: 305.2 billion dongs; increased by 40% year over year.
2. The Board of Directors approved to pay dividend with the ratio of 10% and the record date to pay dividend on December 31, 2019
3. The Board of Directors approved the record dated to hold the 2020 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders in March 2020 and to expect the dividend payment during this period.
4. The Board of Directors approved the investment of land to prepare to invest in shopping mall and BIWASE company office at Binh Duong city in the next time.
5. The Board of Directors approved the procurement of materials.
