Hoang Huy Investment Financial Services Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated October 01, 2019 as follows:

1. Approving the transfer of shares in Lam Hau Trading Service JSC with total value of VND266,000,000,000 (based on par value), equivalent to 26,600,000 shares, accounting for 47.5% charter capital of Lam Hau Trading Service JSC.
2. Approving to receive the transfer from 9,900,000 shares to 10,000,000 shares, equivalent to 99% to 100% shares of To Hieu Investment JSC.
