HPI: Temporary trading suspension on UPCOM trading system for company not disclosing information about Reviewed Financial Statement 2019

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.634/QĐ-SGDHN dated 24/09/2019, HNX announces the temporary trading suspension of the following stocks because of not disclosing information about Reviewed Financial Statement 2019:

Trading suspension: 03 trading days (from 02/10/2019 to 04/10/2019).
Reason: Disclosure of reviewed financial statement for year 2019 was over 45-day overdue.
HNX will announce the approval for HPI to resume normal trading after the Company overcomes the reasons for being put under temporary trading suspension. If the companies do not submit reviewed financial statement for year 2019 after the temporary trading suspension period, HNX will consider to apply trading restriction.
