On October 10, 2019, Sea & Air Freight International announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

- Number of treasury shares before trading: 155,012 shares

- Number of shares registered to buy: 5,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares as treasury shares from the employees resigned.

- Expected trading period: within 30 days after being approved the State Securities Commission of Vietnam (SSC)

- Trading method: to tranfer rights to Sea & Air Freight International.

- Purchase price: VND10,000/share.

- Place to transaction implementation: SSI Securities Corporation.
