NDF: Request of explanation for the stock delisting situation

On 27/07/2019, Hanoi Stock Exchange had issued Notice No. 816/TB-SGDCKHN on putting shares of Nam Dinh Export Foodstuff and Agricultural Products Processing JSC under trading restriction. However, the Company still has not overcome situation leading to trading restriction and continued to violate other regulations on information disclosure. Therefore, the Company has been put under delisting status according to point m, item 1, Article 60, Decree 58/2012/ND-CP on stipulating in detail and guiding the implementation of a number of articles of the securities law and the law amending and supplementing a number of articles of securities law. Hanoi Stock Exchange requested the Company to explain reason for the delisting.
