On December 28, 2018, the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong Tourist Joint Stock Company (VNG) approved the head office lease contract between VNG and Thanh Thanh Cong Investment Joint Stock Company (related person to the BOD member of VNG). Details are as follows:
- Head office lease address: Floor 17th, Tay Nam Building, No.253 Hoang Van Thu Street, Ward 2, Tan Binh District, Ho Chi Minh City.
- Lease duration: 03 years from January 01, 2019 to December 31, 2021.
