AGF: BOD resolution on holding 2018-2019 AGM

The Board resolution dated January 03, 2019, Angiang Fisheries Import & Export Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving the business plan in 2018-2019.
2. Approving the holding of Annual General Meeting 2018-2019 (AGM):

- Record date: January 23, 2019

- Meeting date: Wednesday, February 20, 2019

3. Approving to appoint Mrs. Le Thi Ngoc Giau as member of Supervisory Board for the period 2018-2023, she replaces Mr. Vu Nhan Vuong.
4. Approving the selling of 2 frozen factories of AGF8, AGF9 and two raw material farming areas in Chau Thanh district, Dong Thap province to repay the bank and supplement working capital for business production activities.
