1. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated December 18, 2017:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND244,023,711 and VND1,400,000

-       Value added tax arrears: VND1,371,710

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND1,094,848,496

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND123,898,351

-       Late payment: VND84,583,022.

2. Based on the decision of tax inspection dated November 28, 2018:

-       Penalty for false declaration: VND33,249,099 and VND2,100,000

-       Value added tax arrears: VND19,996,501

-       Corporate income tax arrears: VND142,912,440

-       Personal income tax arrears: VND3,336,557

-       Late payment: VND13,732,087.
