On January 15, 2019, the Board of Directors of Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company (VPI) approved the following issues:

1. The BOD approved to receive the transfer of shares of Truong Minh Environment and Resources Joint Stock Company from the following shareholders:

-  To receive the transfer of 150,000 shares from Mr. Le Xuan Ha, equivalent to 2.68% total shares of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC.

-  To receive the transfer of 2,650,000 shares from Mr. Ta Minh Duc, equivalent to 47.32% total shares of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC.

-  To receive the transfer of 280,000 shares from Mr. Ngo Duc Long, equivalent to 5% total shares of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC.

- To receive the transfer of 1,470,000 shares from Mr. Nguyen Dac Huan, equivalent to 26.25% total shares of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC.

After the transfer completes, Van Phu - Invest Investment Joint Stock Company will own 100% charter capital of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC.

2. The BOD approved to change the type of business and name of Truong Minh Environment and Resources JSC into Truong Minh Agricultural and Pharmacy Company Limited (Short name: TRUONG MINH., LTD).
