Nam Viet Corporation (ANV) announces the Board resolution dated January 15, 2019 as follows:

1. The Board of Directors approved the result of stock issuance to the existing shareholders as follows:

-       Number of shares registered to offer: 2,500,000 shares

-       Number of shares subscribed and paid: 2,495,000 shares

-       Number of registered employees: 50 persons

-       Number of unsold shares: 5,000 shares

-       Time for subscription and deposit: from November 28, 2018 to January 15, 2019.

2. The Board of Directors will not continue to distribute 5,000 shares.
3. The Board of Directors approved to increase its charter capital from VND1,250,446,250,000 to VND1,275,396,250,000.
