1. Approving the business plan in 2019:

-       Tota revenue: 952,840 million dongs;

-       Profit before tax: 58,000 million dongs;

-       Profit after tax: 46,400 million dongs;

-       To pay the state budget: 19,407 million dongs;

-       Charter capital: 376,653 million dongs.

2. Approving the company signs agreements with Hoang Ngan Com. Ltd for the purchase and sale of secpentin ore, secpentin powder, sandstone, cement, transporting goods and leasing warehouses in 2019.
