MCG: BOD resolution on changing the audit firm

      The Board of Directors of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company approved to change the audit firm from Viet Nam Auditing and Valuation Company Limited to A&C Auditing and Consultancy Company Limited – Ha Noi Branch. Accordingly, the company signed an audit services agreement with A&C Auditing and Consultancy Company Limited – Ha Noi Branch to audit its financial statements in 2018 on September 05, 2018.
