On August 31, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange issued Announcement No.1121/TB-SGDHCM about the adjustment of the content of record date for collecting shareholders opinion in writing of Hoang Anh Gia Lai International Agriculture Joint Stock Company as follows:

- Ex-right date: August 30, 2018

- Record date: August 31, 2018

- Adjusted content: to collect shareholders’ opinion in writing about the private of placement of HNG shares for capital increase.
