The Board of Directors of Thien Nam Trading Import Export Corporation approved the plan for stock issuance with the following details:

1. Plan for stock issuance to raise capital from the owner’s equity:

-       Exercise ratio: 100:139 (shareholder who owns 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 100 rights will be entitled to purchase 139 new shares.)

-       How to deal with fractional shares: The number of newly issued shares bought by each existing shareholder will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       For example: At the record date, the shareholder A owns 1,999 shares. With 100:139 performing ratio, the shareholder A will purchase: 1,999 * 139/100 = 2,778.61 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A purchases 2,778 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.61 will be cancelled.
