On September 24, 2018, the Hochiminh Stock Exchange has issued Decision No.372/QD-SGDHCM to change the shares of Ninh Van Bay Travel Real Estate Joint Stock Company (stock code: NVT) from supervision status to warning status as of September 26, 2018.

Reason: The profit after tax of parent company in first six months of 2018 was 4,445,718,887 dongs, and the accumulated loss to June 30, 2018 was -684,717,276,587 dongs, according to NVT’s 2018 audited consolidated semi-annual financial statements.
