Purpose                               for the payment for the first phase of 2018 dividend in cash        

Dividend pay-out ratio:           8%/ par value (VND800/ share)

Payment date:                          October 25, 2018            

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company as from October 25, 2018.
