On September 20, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company approved the result of shares issuance for dividend payment as follows:

1. Approving the result of shares issuance for 2017 dividend payment:

-       Number of shares expected to be issued: 8,785,458 shares

-       Number of distributed shares: 8,783,640 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 4,586 shareholders

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       Number of shares after the issuance: 106,436,576 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 106,399,708 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 36,868 shares

2. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND1,064,365,760,000 (equivalent to 106,436,576 shares.)
3. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for 8,783,640 new shares for stock issuance to pay dividend in 2017.
