-       Holding ratio of TCM at SAV before the public offer: 0 share, equivalent to 0% charter capital of SAV.

-       Holding ratio of Eland Asia Holdings Pte., Ltd (is related institution to TCM) at SAV:  5,447,310 shares, equivalent to 41.02% charter capital of SAV.

-       Number of shares to be offered: 2,750,000 shares, equivalent to 20.71% charter capital of SAV.

-       Expected holding ratio of TCM after the public offer: 20.71% charter capital of SAV.

-       Expected holding ratio of TCM and related institution after the public offer: 61.73% charter capital of SAV.

-       Offered price: VND9,000/share

-       Time of implementation: 30 days after the company has received written approval from the State Securities Commission.
