1. According to the Resolution No.56, the Board of Directors approved to authorize Mr. Tran Hoang Huan to borrow capital, guarantee and deposit at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Tien Giang Branch with the following details:

-       Loan balance: VND100,000,000,000

-       Guarantee balance: VND200,000,000,000

-       Authorization date: from the signing date until November 30, 2019.

2. According to the Resolution No.57, the Board of Directors approved to authorize Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia to borrow capital at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Tien Giang Branch to TICCO Concrete Com. Ltd with the following details:

-       Credit line: VND110,000,000,000

-       Authorization date: from the signing date until November 31, 2019.

3. According to the Resolution No.58, the Board of Directors approved to authorize Mr. Nguyen Thanh Nghia to borrow capital at Joint Stock Commercial Bank for Investment and Development of Vietnam (BIDV) – Tien Giang Branch to invest in the sewer pipe production factory of Tan Phuoc Concrete Factory with the following details:

-       Loan balance: VND49,546,212,384

-       Authorization date: from September 18, 2018 until the ending project.
