On September 13, 2018, the BOD of FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company approved to establish a subsidiary with the following details:

- Company name: Golden Choice Development and Investment Company Limited

- Charter capital: VND800,000,000,000 (ROS contributed VND800,000,000,000, equivalent to 100% charter capital of Golden Choice Development and Investment Company Limited.)

- Address: No.02 Hung Vuong Street, Ward 6, Soc Trang City, Soc Trang Province.

- Owner: FLC FAROS Construction Joint Stock Company.
