According to the Resolution No.995 dated September 11, 2018, the BOD of Century Land Joint Stock Company approved to contribute its capital to set up a new company with the following details:

-       Company name: Century Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company

-       Short name: CEN M&I., JSC

-       Charter capital: VND2,000,000,000

-      Business lines: land brokerage, land exchange floor, consultancy and land management, financial support service.

-       Time of implementation: expected in September 2018.

-      To appoint Mr. Nguyen Trung Vu as the representative of stake of Century Land Joint Stock Company at Century Investment Consultancy Joint Stock Company.
