On September 06, 2018, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation (SGT) approved to buy 4,450,000 shares, accounting for 89% stake at Kinh Bac Investment Joint Stock Company with total transfer value of VND26,700,000,000.

After the transfer completed, Kinh Bac Investment Joint Stock Company will be a subsidiary of Sai Gon Telecommunication & Technologies Corporation.
