On August 23, 2018, the Board of Directors of Viet Nam Electrical Equipment Joint Stock Corporation approved the result of stock issuance for capital increase as follows:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance for capital increase:

-       Number of distributed shares: 67,760,000 shares; Of which:

+ Number of distributed shares by VSD dated August 17, 2018: 67,759,945 shares

+ Number of fractional shares due to rounding to dozen as August 22, 2018: 55 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 2,647 shareholders; Of which:

+ Number of distributed shareholders by VSD dated August 17, 2018: 2,646 shareholders

+ Number of fractional shareholders due to rounding down to dozen as August 22, 2018: 01 shareholder

-      Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down to dozens, the fractional shares will be sold VND10,000/share.

-       These shares will not be restricted the transfer.

-       Number of current shares on August 22, 2018: 406,560,000 shares; Of which:

+ Number of outstanding shares: 406,560,000 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

-       Charter capital after the issuance: VND4,065,600,000,000

-       Expected trading date: September 2018

2. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND4,065,600,000,000 (equivalent to 406,560,000 shares.)
