On August 16, 2018, Vinhomes Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of collecting shareholders’ opinion in writing about stock issuance for dividend payment as follows:

-       Exercise ratio:  1,000:250 (Shareholders are entitled to have 250 new shares for every 1,000 shares owned).

-    Number of expected shares after the bonus stock issuance: 3,349,514,437 shares, equivalent to VND33,495,144,370,000 (based on par value).

-       Stock type: common shares

-       Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will not be rounded down to dozen, the fractional shares due to rounding down will be cancelled.

-       For example: At the record date, shareholder A owned 789 shares. With 1,000:250 performing ratio, the shareholder A will receive: 789 * 250/1,000 = 197.25 shares. According to rounding policy, the shareholder A receives 197 new shares. The fractional shares of 0.25 will be cancelled.

-       Time of implementation: Q3.2018 or Q4.2018.

-       Structure of charter capital after issuance:

+ Number of current shares: 2,679,611,550 shares

+ Number of shares expected to be issued: 669,902,887 shares

+ Stock type:  common share

+ Par value: 10,000 dongs/share

+ Number of expected shares after the bonus stock issuance: 3,349,514,437 shares

+ Charter capital after the issuance (based on par value): VND33,495,144,370,000

+ These shares will not be restricted the transfer.

-       To register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) for new shares of the bonus stock issuance for dividend payment.
