On December 04, 2018, the Board of Directors of Vien Dong Investment Development Trading Corporation approved the result of stock issuance to pay dividend as follows:

1. Approving the result of stock issuance to pay dividend:

-       Number of distributed shares: 2,551,172 shares

-       Number of distributed shareholders: 3,014 shareholders

-       Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down, the fractional shares will be cancelled.

-       Number of current shares: 28,073,939 shares; Of which:

      + Number of outstanding shares: 28,073,939 shares

+ Number of treasury shares: 0 share.

2. Approving to raise its charter capital from VND255,227,670,000 to VND280,739,390,000.
3. Approving to amend its charter.
4. Approving to change its Business Registration Certificate.
5. Approving to register to deposit at the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) and list on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
