2. Approving a plan for the dissolution of Tin Thong Technology Joint Stock Company (RTC)
3. Approving to collect shareholders’opinion in writing about the final 2017 cash dividend payment with the ratio of 5%.
4. Approving to pay first cash dividend for 2018:

-       Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-       Payment date: no later than January 31, 2019.
