According to the Board resolution dated December 25, 2018, the Board of Directors of Information and Networking Technology Joint Stock Company approved the plan for share buyback to make its treasury shares with the following details:

-       Number, ownership ratio of shares held before trading: 716,630 shares (equivalent to 8.96% number of outstanding shares.)

-       Number of share to be repurchased: 800,000 shares (equivalent to 10% number of outstanding shares.)

-       Number, ownership ratio of shares expected to hold after the trading: 1,516,630 shares (equivalent to 18.96% number of outstanding shares.)

-       Purpose: to handle shareholders’ interest as the delisting on Hochiminh Stock Exchange and move to Upcom.

-       Buying price: market price and less than VND7,800.

-       Trading method: order matching.
