On December 25, 2018, the Board resolution of Everland Invesment Joint Stock Company approved to invest and cooperate with The First Yachting Club Joint Stock Company to implement the First Yachting tourism and service zone projects at Ngoc Diem and Tan Dao Hamlet, Ninh Ich Commune, Ninh Hoa Town, Khanh Hoa Province with the following details:

- Land area: 62 ha

- Total investment value: VND1,200,000,000,000.
