DQC: BOD resolution on planning the purchase of treasury shares

The Board resolution dated December 19, 2018, Dien Quang Lamp Joint Stock Company approved to buy its treasury shares with the following contents:

- Number of expected shares to be bought: 3,700,000 shares

- Purpose: to buy shares to make its treasury shares.

- Expected trading date: within 30 days from the beginning date of trading implementation.

- Trading method: order matching or put through.

- Expected purchase price: less than VND30,000/share.
