Binh Dinh Pharmaceutical and Medical Equipment Joint Stock Company (DBD) announces the resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 (EGM) dated December 17, 2018 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the adjustment of business lines to raise the foreign ownership at DBD to 49%.

Article 2: Approving the establishment of subsidiary which depends on 100% capital of Bidiphar.

Article 3: This resolution will be effective from December 17, 2018.
