On December 17, 2018, Sai Gon Fuel Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ho Chi Minh City dated December 14, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

Total amount: VND1,887,615,000; Of which:

  1. Tax fines: VND270,000,000
  2. Tax arrears: VND1,350,000,000
  3. Late payment: VND267,615,000.
