On December 11, 2018, the Board of Directors of VRC Real Estate and Investment Joint Stock Company approved to buy shares to invest in My Xuan Port Services and Shipbuilding Joint Stock Company with the investment value of VND650 billion.

   Time of implementation: from December 2018 to January 2019.
