-  Company name: Vingroup Ventures Joint Stock Company

-  Address: No.7 Bang Lang 1 Street, Vinhomes Reiverside, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Ha Noi City.

-  Charter capital: VND70,000,000,000 (VIC contributed VND49,000,000,000, accounting for 70% charter capital of Vingroup Ventures JSC).
