-       Number of shares held before trading: 716,630 shares (equivalent to 8.96% number of issued shares).

-       Number of shares expected to be bought: 800,000 shares, equivalent to 10% number of common shares.

-       Number of shares expected to be held after trading: 1,516,630 (equivalent to 18.96% number of issued shares).

-       Purpose: to solve the shareholder’s interest as the delisting on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE) and transfer to Upcom trading floor.
