The Board resolution dated December 10, 2018, Hang Xanh Motors Service Joint Stock Company (HAX) approved the following issues:

-       Approving the additional purchase of 1,109,698 shares in stock issuance of Can Tho Mechanic Motors Joint Stock Company (Haxaco Can Tho) to existing shareholders (exercise ratio: 2:1) with the investment capital of VND8,455,400,000.

-       Approving to buy the purchase rights or buy additional shares from other shareholders of Haxaco Can Tho that they have a need to sell (if any).
