LMH: BOD resolution on the investment in subsidiary

The Board resolution of Landmark Holding Joint Stock Company (LMH) dated November 26, 2018 approving the following contents:

Approving the company receives the transfer of 70% stake in A.T Viet Nam Trading and Investment Com. Ltd.
Approving to transfer the A.T Viet Nam Trading and Investment Com. Ltd. into Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company.
After the transfer completes, LMH will hold the stake in Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company to VND70,000,000,000, accounting for 70% charter capital of Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company.
Approving to appoint Mr. Mai Cong Thai Anh as representative of stake of LMH in Landmark Energy Joint Stock Company.
