-       Stock type: common share

-       Par value: VND10,000/share

-       Number of registered shares to buy: 3,800,000 shares

-       Purpose: to stabilize the stock price and to increase shareholders’ value

-      Expected trading period: no more than 30 days from the beginning date of transaction and approved by the State Securities Commission.

-       Purchase price: from VND140,000/share to VND180,000/share.
