Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company announces the Resolution of Extraordinary General Meeting 2018 (EGM) dated November 22, 2018 as follows:

Approving the dissolution of Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company at lot 6-12, Tan Thoi Hiep Industrial zone, Nguyen Anh Thu Street, Hiep Thanh Ward, District 12, Ho Chi Minh City.
Approving to implement the procedures of the delisting of VPK stock on Hochiminh Stock Exchange (HOSE).
