Hai Phat Investment Joint Stock Company received the decision of tax inspection by the Taxation Department of Ha Noi City dated November 20, 2018 regarding the tax penalty as follows:

  1. Penalty for false declaration: VND181,283,392
  2. Corporate income tax arrears: VND906,416,961
  3. Value added tax arrears: VND345,481,363
  4. Late payment: VND61,726,995.
