Bidder: Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (TCM)
Name of target stock: Savimex Corporation (SAV)
Number of SAV shares owned by TCM before trading: 0 share
Number of SAV shares owned by Eland Asia Holdings Pte.,Ltd (a company related to TCM) before trading: 5,447,310 shares, equivalent to 41.02% charter capital of SAV
Number of SAV shares expected for purchase: 2,750,000 shares, equivalent to 20.71% charter capital of SAV
Number of SAV shares owned by TCM after trading: 2,711,474 shares, equivalent to 20.42% charter capital of SAV.
Number of SAV shares owned by TCM and Eland Asia Holdings Pte.,Ltd (a company related to TCM) after trading: 8,158,784 shares, equivalent to 61.44% charter capital of SAV.
