HPG: BOD resolution on increasing capital in subsidiaries

On November 21, 2018, the Board resolution of Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company approved the following issues:

1. Approving to increase charter capital to Hoa Phat Sheet Com. Ltd.:

- Current charter capital: VND1,000 billion

- Charter capital after the increase: VND1,500 billion

- Purpose of capital increase: to serve production and business activities.

2. Approving to increase its stake in Hoa Phat Dung Quat Sheet Joint Stock Company:

- Additional stake: VND5,000 billion

- Purpose of capital increase: to serve production and business activities.

- Current charter capital: VND20,000 billion (HPG contributed 99% charter capital of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Sheet JSC).

- Charter capital after the increase: VND25,000 billion HPG contributed 99.2% charter capital of Hoa Phat Dung Quat Sheet JSC).
