The Board resolutionof LICOGI 16 Joint Stock Company (LCG) dated November 01, 2018, the Board of Directors approved to contribute its capital to set up a subsidiary with the following details:

- Company name: Licogi 16 Real Estate Joint Stock Company

- LCG contributed VND142,500,000,000; accounting for 95% charter capital of Licogi 16 Real Estate Joint Stock Company.)

To appoint Mr. Tăng Quốc Thuộc as the representative of 100% stake of LCG in Licogi 16 Real Estate Joint Stock Company.
