On November 14, 2018, the Board of Directors of Nafoods Group Joint Stock Company approved the result of shares issuance for dividend payment as follows:

1. Approving the list of shareholders own NAF’s shares that the Vietnam Securities Depository (VSD) approved dated November 12, 2018.
2. Approving the result of shares issuance for 2016 dividend payment:

-          Number of shares expected to be issued: 3,299,993 shares

-          Number of distributed shares: 3,299,782 shares

-          Number of distributed shareholders: 640 shareholders

-          Number of fractional shares: 211 shares

-          Approving to cancel 211 fractional shares due to rounding down to dozen as approved by the General Meeting of Shareholders.

1. Approving to amend its charter capital to VND362,997,820,000 (equivalent to 36,299,782 shares).
