1. The Board of Directors approved to pay for the first phase of 2018 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  December 11, 2018

-          Payment date: December 25, 2018

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10%/ charter capital

-          Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

-Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Dong Nai Port Joint – Stock Company.

2. The Board of Directors approved to reappoint Mr. Tran Van Nguyen as Deputy CEO in the term 2016-2020 as from January 06, 2019.

3. The Board of Directors approved to reappoint Mr. Huynh Ngoc Tuan as Chief Accountant in the term 2016-2020 as from December 24, 2018.
