According to Decision No.454 dated November 09, 2018 by the Hochiminh Stock Exchange, the stock MCG of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company will be put under supervision status as from November 16, 2018.

Reason: The undistributed profit after tax of Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company at 12/31/2017 was -168 billion dongs. This is the case of securities supervised according to Point e, Item 1.1, Article 23 of the Listing Regulations on the Hochiminh Stock Exchange.

MCG shares will be traded only in the afternoon session as from November 16, 2018.
