-       At 9:00, October 26, 2018 at OGC’s representative office, No.19 Nguyen Trai, Thanh Xuan, Ha Noi. The Board of Directors of Ocean Group Joint Stock Company held a extraordinary meeting of the BOD as requested by Ms. Nguyen Thi Lan Huong and Ms. Hoang Thi Phuong Lan

-       After the opening of the meeting, the Chairman decided to stop the meeting because: Based on the resolution of Annual General Meeting 2018 of No.002/2018/ NQ-ĐHĐCĐ dated August 15, 2018, the new Board of Directors of the company established. However, due to the requisition, the People's Court of Ba Dinh District issued Decision No. 114/2018 on the application of provisional emergency measures dated October 03, 2018 and Decision No. 146/2018 on the change of provisional emergency measures dated October 18, 2018. The court requested the suspension of implementation of some of the contents of Resolution No. 002/2018/NQ-ĐHĐCĐ regarding the current status of the Board members of the company. Therefore, any decision of the Board of Directors issued at this time will not guarantee legal effect.
