Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution No.610 dated October 31, 2018 as follows:

1. Approving to implement the divestment of Viet Nam National Chemical Group in Pinaco with the following contents:

- The company provides dossier, documents, information and related issues to Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation to complete the transfer of capital in accordance with regulations.

- The Company considers and signs a confidentiality agreement with Ho Chi Minh City Securities Corporation for the information and documents that the company provided.

2. Approving the report on the progress of the internal Corporate Governance regulations.

3. Approving the selection of VietcomBank to finance a long-term loan for the land lease in An Phuoc Industrial zone, Dong Nai Province.
