Purpose                               for the payment for the first phase of 2018 dividend in cash        

Dividend pay-out ratio:           15%/ par value (VND1,500/ share)

Payment date:                          October 31, 2018            

Place & procedure of payment:

-Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

  -Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited:  Saigon Beer – Alcohol – Beverage Corporation as from October 31, 2018.
